Shipping

Shipping is available via UPS in the USA and to select locations outside of the USA. We do not support shipping to PO boxes at this time due to unforeseen USPS delays.

A confirmation email with your order tracking number will be sent to you within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

Orders are fulfilled M-F from 9AM - 5PM EST excluding US holidays.

If you are based outside of the US, we are not responsible for any customs or additional fees that may occur when accepting your package. We are not liable for any package delays that come with shipping outside of the USA.

If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to sender, you will need to pay the additional shipping costs to have your items shipped to you again.

Please contact hello [at] joifulbee.com if an item you receive is faulty or damaged within 3 week-days of receiving with a photo of the item. Faulty items will be considered for a replacement with shipping covered by Joiful Bee if within 3 day policy. No items will be replaced or refunded beyond 3 days of delivery.
