Shipping

We offer domestic (USA) and international shipping to select countries including Canada, UK and more. We ship all packages via UPS. We do not support shipping to PO boxes at this time due to unforeseen USPS delays.

A confirmation email with your order tracking number will be sent to you within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your promotions and spam folders for an email from hello@joifulbee.com.

Orders are fulfilled M-F from 9AM - 5PM EST excluding US holidays.

If you are based outside of the US, we are not responsible for any customs or additional fees that may occur when accepting your package. We are not liable for any package delays that come with shipping outside of the USA.

Shipping to pick-up lockers: If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to sender, you will need to pay the additional shipping costs to have your items shipped to you again.

Holiday season delays While our fulfillment time will remain the same during the holidays, we encourage customers to order their products as early as possible as many carriers will have unforeseen shipping delays. If a carrier has a shipment delay, we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Due to sanitary reasons, items on this website are not eligible for returns. Please contact hello [at] joifulbee.com if an item you receive is faulty or damaged within 3 week-days of receiving with a photo of the item. Faulty items will be considered for a replacement with shipping covered by Joiful Bee if within 3 day policy. No items will be replaced or refunded beyond 3 days of delivery.
