How do I clean my cap?Ā 

Always use a plastic cap before using your deep conditioning cap. Do not submerge your cap in water. Spot clean only.

My hair is long, will it fit?Ā 

Our caps fit most (including women with long natural hair) They are not appropriate to fit long braids or locs.

I don't have a microwave, can I still use this?

At this time we only recommend heating your cap with the microwave, as you would with a microwaveable heating pad.

How long do I microwave my cap?Ā 

30-second intervals on each side until it has reached your desired warmness. Adjust based on your microwave wattage.

Will this work with my hair type?

This works for anyone who uses deep conditioning treatments on their hair (aka all hair types!)

We offer domestic (USA) and international shipping to select countries including Canada, UK and more. We ship all packages via UPS. We do not support shipping to PO boxes at this time due to unforeseen USPS delays.

A confirmation email with your order tracking number will be sent to you withinĀ 2-3Ā business days of placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your promotions and spam folders for an email from hello@joifulbee.com.

Orders are fulfilled M-F from 9AM - 5PM EST excluding US holidays.

If you are based outside of the US, we are not responsible for any customs or additional fees that may occur when accepting your package. We are not liable for any package delays that come with shipping outside of the USA.

ļ»æShipping to pick-up lockers:Ā If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to sender, you will need to pay the additional shipping costs to have your items shipped to you again.

Holiday season delaysĀ While our fulfillment time will remain the same during the holidays, we encourage customers to order their products as early as possible as many carriers will have unforeseen shipping delays. If a carrier has a shipment delay, we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
