Faulty items will be considered for a replacement with shipping covered by Joiful Bee if within 3 day policy. No items will be replaced or refunded beyond 3 days of delivery.
My spray bottle has water in it, why is this?
We test all of our spray bottles with clean water before sending them to customers to ensure you do not receive a broken spray bottle.
